FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BECOMING A CUSTOMER

At Megaform, we work with distributors and wholesalers active in the fields of education, sports, and/or special needs solutions.
No, we do not require a minimum order quantity or value. However, since we operate as a wholesaler (not as a retailer), we apply an administrative fee of €15 (excl. VAT) for any order below €150 (excl. VAT).
If you meet the above requirements, please fill out the account creation form.
If you don’t meet the conditions to become a customer, feel free to contact us via our contact form.
Your request will be processed, and we will get back to you within 48 business hours.

ORDERS

1. Place your order directly via our website or by email at [email protected].
2. Our customer service will send you an order confirmation with availability and estimated shipping date.
3. Your order will be prepared in our warehouse.

You can modify your order the same day before 4:00 PM (CET). After that time, no changes will be possible.

PAYMENT

For prepayment, a pro forma invoice will be sent once the goods are ready. Shipping will take place upon receipt of payment.

For payment on invoice, goods are shipped immediately and the invoice is sent a few days after shipping, with the agreed payment terms.

DELIVERIES

To the delivery address registered in your account. Any changes must be communicated to customer service.

Yes, it is shown in your order confirmation and depends on the order value.

  • Standard shipping via our carrier. Shipping costs are indicated on the order confirmation.
  • You can use your own carrier. Please inform us when placing your order or by email.

No. Megaform only delivers to companies and does not offer direct-to-end-customer delivery.

For any order over €5,000, a specific shipping quote will be requested from the carrier and submitted to you for approval.

CLAIMS

Our products are guaranteed for 1 year. Claims related to deliveries must be submitted within 10 business days of receipt.

1. Check your tracking number.
2. If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received anything, contact: [email protected].
3. If lost, complete and return the loss declaration we’ll send you.
4. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Send an email to [email protected] specifying:
1. Item number,
2. Quantity affected,
3. Delivery note or invoice number.
1. Make a note of the damage with the carrier upon delivery;
2. Send an email within 10 days to [email protected] describing the issue;
3. Attach photos of the damage.

1. Order or invoice number,
2. Product reference,
3. Purchase date and usage duration,
4. Detailed description of the damage,
5. Photos (overview and close-up of the defect).

BACKORDERS

The estimated shipping date is indicated in the order confirmation.
Items will be reserved and shipped once available, unless otherwise requested at [email protected].
