BECOMING A CUSTOMER
If you don’t meet the conditions to become a customer, feel free to contact us via our contact form.
Your request will be processed, and we will get back to you within 48 business hours.
ORDERS
2. Our customer service will send you an order confirmation with availability and estimated shipping date.

You can modify your order the same day before 4:00 PM (CET). After that time, no changes will be possible.

PAYMENT
For prepayment, a pro forma invoice will be sent once the goods are ready. Shipping will take place upon receipt of payment.
For payment on invoice, goods are shipped immediately and the invoice is sent a few days after shipping, with the agreed payment terms.
DELIVERIES
To the delivery address registered in your account. Any changes must be communicated to customer service.
Yes, it is shown in your order confirmation and depends on the order value.

For any order over €5,000, a specific shipping quote will be requested from the carrier and submitted to you for approval.
CLAIMS
Our products are guaranteed for 1 year. Claims related to deliveries must be submitted within 10 business days of receipt.
