DELIVERY & SHIPPING FEES
Option 1: Shipping organized by Megaform
Unless otherwise specified by you, goods are shipped via our regular transport partners using the standard shipping method.
Shipping fees are indicated in your order confirmation. They are calculated as a percentage based on the total value of your order (excluding VAT) and the destination country.
This percentage decreases according to the value of your order, based on the following ranges:
€0 – €1,000 / €1,000 – €2,500 / €2,500 – €5,000
For any order over €5,000 (excl. VAT) , a specific freight quote will be requested from our transport provider. The offer will be submitted to you for approval before shipping.
The delivery method is considered “standard”, meaning no appointment is scheduled and there is no unloading system for pallets.
We will use the delivery address saved in your customer account. Any change of address must be indicated during the "shipping address" step in the online ordering process or specified in your order email.
To track your shipment, you will receive an email from our transport partner sent to the email address registered in your customer account.
OPTION 2 : Pickup by your own carrier
If you prefer, you may organize pickup using your own transport provider. In this case, our transport team will email you the necessary collection details once your order is ready.
If you choose this option, please inform us when placing your order.
RETURN OF GOODS
Damaged goods or missing items:
- 1. Upon receiving your order, it is essential to record specific reservations on the delivery note (CMR) if the products or packaging show any damage. Without these reservations, we cannot file a claim with the carrier.
- 2. Please check the entire delivery to confirm that all items are correct and in good condition.
- 3. If there is an issue, please email us within 10 business days of delivery at: [email protected].
- 4. For damaged goods, be sure to include clear photos showing the issues.
- 5. You will receive a “Claim & Return” form to complete and return to us by email.
We will process your request as quickly as possible and keep you informed of the next steps.
Product returns:
As our sales are conducted in a B2B context, no right of withdrawal applies, in accordance with current legislation.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us beforehand. All returns must be approved by our team. No goods will be accepted without prior written authorization.
Our customer service team is available to review each situation and support you throughout the process.
LOST PACKAGE
You can track the status of your shipment at any time using your tracking number.
If the tracking indicates the shipment has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our transport department at: [email protected].
In the event of a confirmed loss, we will send you a loss declaration form to complete and return. Your request will be processed promptly.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
As a wholesaler, we apply an administrative fee of €15 (excl. VAT) for any order below €150 (excl. VAT). These fees are added to the shipping costs. They are automatically applied during the online ordering process and shown separately on orders placed by email.
