Soft, comfortable, and easy to wear, this weighted therapy vest promotes body awareness while allowing full freedom of movement. Designed for optimal fit and adjustability, it features shoulder and side hook-and-loop closures, with overlapping side panels to accommodate growth and ensure secure placement.
The vest includes discreet front and back pockets positioned below the centre of gravity to hold removable weight packs, providing deep pressure input for a calming and stabilizing effect. The lower section can be folded to adjust the length for smaller body types.
Made with durable materials, the vest slips on easily and closes securely at the sides. Weight packs are crafted from neoprene and filled with mineral sand.
Recommended use: weights typically correspond to around 5% of the user’s body weight (consult a therapist for individual needs).
